One of these clients is a nationwide hardware chain which has remained open across the country to serve their local communities by providing protective equipment, home maintenance, cleaning and disinfecting supplies.
We have helped to support their business through the continued service of our RetailEdge solution, which is designed to help simplify the marketing supply chain of nationwide retailers through an online ordering portal that is seamlessly integrated with our automated production and fulfillment processes. The portal provides access to customizable corporate templates and allows stores to opt in to monthly promotional events they would like to support.
Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic and state shut downs EPI has not only maintained our typical production and fulfillment for this client, but we’ve also been able to scale up production to account for the increased number of stores participating in monthly events. Beyond the monthly POP kits, we’ve also worked with the retailer to rapidly turn unplanned kits specifically for COVID-19 response that advertise the availability of critical sanitation supplies.
