COVID-19 Response Case Study: Nationwide Financial Institution
The COVID-19 epidemic has caused financial hardship for millions of Americans. Typically we use this to customize bi-monthly marketing kits for each location based on their branch profile.
In order to support our client throughout this unique time, EPI has assisted our partner in sourcing critical PPE including masks and gloves, as well as hand sanitizer. We have also fulfilled individualized quantities to each of their locations. While we typically ship about 5,000 orders a week for this client, throughout the COVID-19 pandemic we have averaged well over 21,000 orders a week for 8 straight weeks. Our commitment to scalability and flexibility has helped us to increase production for this client more than 320% during this difficult time.
The protective equipment and sanitation supplies we fulfill enable our client to protect 50,000 frontline employees while they provide world class service to their own clients.
