Informed Delivery, the newest service offering from the United States Postal Office, offers new and compelling features for direct mail marketers.

As consumers, in nearly all zip codes across the United States, Informed Delivery now offers us the ability to receive an email each morning containing black and white images of our actual letter-sized mail pieces, processed by USPS® sorting equipment (flats may be available at a future date).

As direct mail marketers and mailing service providers, Informed Delivery offers us more than just an additional electronic touch point with our target offering.  We now have the ability to append links and imagery, positioned below our grey-scale mailer image, to each mailer distributed.

Interest in this program is growing quickly with consumers too!  3000 new users are joining daily and over 2MM household customers have already enrolled.  More of these enrollees each day are your prospects, patients, consumers and donors.
